Everyone likes waking up to learn a fancy new word! Well, every day you open Thinky Words youll get a new word along with 3 free hints to use in Challenge Mode.
Challenge Mode:
Choose from one of several Word Packs such as "SAT Prep" or "Shakespeare" and see how many words you can correctly define before running out of lives. What does a high score win you? The same prize earned by graduating college with a perfect GPA: bragging rights.
Discover Mode:
You dont always need to compete in high stress, high stakes challenges. Sometimes its better to simply take a stroll through a forest of unusual words. Thats exactly what this mode is for. Apotropaic.. What does that word mean? I wont tell you here; youll have to dive into Discover Mode to find out!
Saved Words:
Found a word that you absolutely cant live without knowing? Heart it! In both Challenge and Discover mode you can heart the words you come across for later reference. Youll be baffling your friends and one-upping your peers in no time!
